Please make your appointment directly by phone call text WhatsApp email Please inform us when you are making your appointment if you need to require a receipt for your payment . We can arrange it for you . 

Online Booking 

For secured booking , all bookings have to be full pre- paid in advance

Arrival 

All Spa customers need to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment times for preparation your first time registration check-in complete the consultation form designed with your wellbeing in mind including using toilet and clothing changing before your appointment schedule. For security, we are providing your own personal locker in your treatment room so you can keep your belongings as privacy

Late Arrival 

if you are late we will only be able to provide you in time we have left of the original appointment booked. please call us to let us know of a late arrival. 

If you need to cancel your appointment please give us 24 hours notice so we will reschedule your appointment if it’s possible and avoid the cancellation fee. If you do not turn up for your appointment or provide us with 24 hrs notice when moving an appointment the deposit is none refundable. we are within our rights to charge the full amount of the treatment booked.
